    The room we had included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an iron. Its location was particularly good, really close to Auburn, Alabama and restaurants and Chewacla State Park. The place had a FAMILY atmosphere.

    The setting was not ideal.

    The toliet ran non stop. I ask the front desk to fix it and nohthing was done. I was a horrible waste of water and a very annoying noise constantly.

    The location of Quality Inn was super convenient for my visit to Auburn, just a short drive from the campus. I appreciated the quick check-in process. My room had a comfortable bed and was clean. There were several frustrations I faced. I was initially placed in a smoking room even though I prefer non-smoking. After bringing it to staff's attention, they moved me to a non-smoking room, appreciated. This second room still lacked hot water for showers. Some facilities definitely need a lot of maintenance. The decor looked shabby, and the television in the room was complicated to use without any instructions. Just a heads up on the water pressure too. I had trouble with it being too low. While the overall experience had its good moments, those maintenance issues really took away from an otherwise decent stay.
